Eligibility Criteria for Research Associate Posts
Education Qualification
Applicants must have a Masters / MPhil in economics, finance, technology, or management degree from a top-tier institution with excellent English-language skills. Candidates with an undergraduate degree may be considered, if they possess additional prior-experience in metals / gold business, or exceptional research / publications record.
Skills:
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Must be able to independently administer/manage surveys, analyse data
- Proficiency in working on tools like Tableau, STATA, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Ability to work with MS Office or equivalent platform to work on presentation slides, data worksheets, and visualization of data analysis.
- Professional work experience (of 1 to 5 years) in a similar role is desirable.

- Maximum 35 years as of the last date of application.
