Education Qualification for the Post of IITRAM Recruitment 2024
- Office Executive:
- Master Degree plus 5 years of relevant experience.
- Desirable: Knowledge of latest office softwares.
- Office Assistant:
- Master’s Degree
- Desirable: Candidates with relevant experience may be preferred. Knowledge of latest office softwares.
- Technical Superintendent:
- M.Sc. Chemistry/Physics with six years’ experience at least 2 years of experience of the above should be in operations and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Technical Assistant (Chemistry):
- B.Sc. Chemistry + 4 years relevant experience or
- M.Sc. Chemistry + 2 years relevant experience at least 2 years of experience of the above should be in operations and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Technical Assistant (Physics)
- B.Sc. Physics
- Technical Assistant:
- 3 years Diploma in Civil / Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience of six years after the diploma ORE / B.Tech. in Civil/ Mechanical Engineering with relevant experience of three years. AND
- At least 2 years of experience of the above should be in operations and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Audio – Visual Producer:
- Master Degree in Audio – Video Production plus 3 years of relevant experience.
- Communication Management Executive:

The positions are on contract for a period of one year initially and contract may be extended/renewed depending on requirement and performance
Selection Process:
For particular post, about three times no. of candidates will be called for personal interviews and/or written tests based on years of experience and academic credential candidates will be selected as per their performance in the interview. Age relaxation up to one year will be given to candidates with longer experience. Shortlisted candidates will be informed via e-mail. The list of shortlisted candidates will be available on the Institute website in due course time.
