Eligibility Criteria of LIC DPO Recruitment

 

Education Qualification

Qualification	BE / MBA from a Recognized University.
Experience	3 – 8 years post qualification work experience with at least 3 years of recent experience in Digital Transformation.   Should be well versed with the SDLC process including product development, UX/UI, UAT, CI/CD, Infosec, CUG, Roll-out of journeys and optimization etc.
Other Qualities	Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and ensure seamless delivery.   Strong Project Management skills to ensure targeted timelines are met without compromising on quality.   Hands-on experience in building and launching digital journeys in an agile manner.   Strong data orientation and analytical skills.   Passionate about innovation and creating impact through digitization.

Age should not be more than 40 years

 

 

Job Profile of LIC DPO Recruitment

 

 

Purpose:

The person will be part of the Digital Transformation team and will support in building of new digital processes and journeys.

 

 

Role & Responsibilities:

The role will require understanding user requirements, benchmarking journeys with competitors, redesigning of the processes, writing user stories, coordinating with development team, conducting the UAT, rolling out of the new journeys, managing change management and continuous optimization of the rolled-out processes.

The candidate should be well versed with agile way of working and be adept at managing scrums, ceremonies and ensure sprint wise deliveries as per the road map.
