Detailed responsibilities:

1. Develop high-quality content for various purposes, including but not limited to website content, blogs, social media posts, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
2. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather information and create content communicating the institute’s key messages and achievements.
3. Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and relevant topics to ensure informative and engaging content.
4. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to enhance content with visual elements.

 

Eligibility/Job requirements:

The candidate must have a graduate or postgraduate degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.

1. Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role.
2. Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and note-taking skills with a keen eye for detail.
3. Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear and engaging content.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Knowledge of the higher education sector and experience working in a similar role within a university or academic institution is preferred.
